Healthy Smoothie for your Fitness Goals

Smoothies are our go-to food for busy days. We love the smoothness of it and the refreshing taste. Moreover, it is healthy and good for you. At designed life, we are all about living a healthy life and having fun while doing it. We will share recipes of our juices, and smoothies with you.
We are paying homage to the almighty Pineapple, Banana, Orange Smoothie, it is tropical, sweet, a little tart but definitely a great start to a busy day or an option after a long workout.
  • 1 pound of fresh pineapple chunks we use 3 cups
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 large orange (we removed the seeds but you don’t have to)
  • 1 cup of milk or yogurt (you can use greek yogurt or coconut yogurt)
  • 1 cup ice cubes (you can add more if need be)
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!!!
